There are literally no words to express the Customer Service I have received over the past few years from Sarah L. Friendly, Helpful, Efficient, Professional and Patient just does not do her justice!! Yes, I said patient! The amount of times I email her with the exact same questions and requests :-) I can honestly say I have never encountered such stellar customer service in my life. I cannot express enough how helpful this broker firm is. I specifically deal with Dwight Clink for all of my business needs. I have dealt with many brokers, NO ONE has ever stepped up to the plate with such amazing service. Iam a very busy owner and Dwight helps me immensely with many tasks without question. Thoroughly professional in every manner. One time I was out of out of the city on a Saturday and needed documents prossceessed. I emailed them expecting not to hear back until the following week and to my utter disbelief two members of the team reached out to help me!!! Now that is service.

I have been dealing with Krywolt insurance for the past five years and have always had a great experience whenever I need to make updates or just to get information about policy coverage or to add on riders for specific events. Ask for Morgan if you are looking for rock star service from a commercial account executive with Krywolt. She is super knowledgeable, efficient and a great person to deal with.

Where do I start? Had my company vehicle ins with Brokerlink/Intact, but company CGI with Krywolt where I dealt with Sarah Lefebvre. I received our company auto renewal and it went from $1700 a year to $4900 a year!! I contacted my broker and asked why the insane increase and told him we can't afford this!! After a few hours, he called back and said he tried everything, but there is nothing he could do :-( Even though Sarah only handles our Commercial Ins, I emailed her and said "HELP" To make a long stressful story short, Sarah worked her butt off, trying to find out why the huge increase and see if she could get me a better deal. Of course, as soon as my Brokerlink rep found out I had gone someplace else, all of a sudden he found me a better deal !!?? BUT Sarah found an even better deal! I have never received such incredible personable customer service from an insurance broker in all my years of needing insurance. She has assisted me in other situations before all this as well which is why I reached out to her on this. I don't know about anyone else, but I feel having a broker who you can trust and communicate with is crucial! Thank you Sarah for everything you did for me! and thank you Krywolt for hiring her :-) Give this girl a raise :-)

Love dealing with Krywolt and Amit Pandhi. They were great from the outset and after a year of dealing with Amit, I cannot say enough about how responsive he is and how wonderful he is to deal with. We switched from AMA over a year ago as their car insurance rates skyrocketed but as a broker, Amit was able to get me great rates for 2 homes and 3 vehicles. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Krywolt and Amit. Dealt with Morgan when I first inquired and she is also terrific.

Krywolt saved my business and has renewed my faith in the insurance industry. Dan is more kind and knowledgeable than anyone I've dealt with in the decade I've had my business and took the time to give me multiple options for things like ways to sign the paperwork online or in person and payment plans if needed. He also patiently and gladly walked me through anything I didn't fully understand. I can't say enough good things about how wonderful Krywolt has been to deal with. I tried 4 other companies trying to get my business insured after Covid shut us down for 1.5 years, I thought we were done for good as no one was able to help. (My biz doesn't fit in an easy box to insure.. or so other companies told me) Then as a last ditch effort I spent a whole day researching reviews for almost every broker in town and found Krywolt! Dan answered the phone when I called just to see if my online form went through - Instead of talking down to me and telling me to wait for a response he chatted with me for 20 minutes on the spot and within a few hours he had me insured with a company who specializes in my hospitality industry. No other broker I've talked to even knew about them... and they certainly didn't have any answers or keep me in the loop about how it was going after a week or more of waiting. I've been gaslighted, strait up lied to and talked down to by other brokers in the past few weeks, needless to say I was deflated before I found Krywolt. I didn't know a company in this industry could be so welcoming, Krywolt is a breath of fresh air and has inspired me to be better in my own business. Don't hesitate to fill out the form online or give them a shout. You will receive 5 star service and if you've ever dealt with other companies I bet you any money you will wish you had found them earlier.

I have had to deal with a few different insurance companies and I have to say the level of responsiveness and personal care I received was outstanding. I've been working with a lady named Morgan. She seems to have a very good way people. I know she has more clients but she makes it seem like I'm the only person she has to deal with. Keep up the great work.

I recently purchased a 2006 Peterbilt hi-way tractor & was in the process of getting it insured, wow did I get an eye opener. I spent 2 days phoning my insurance company and all others that I could find, 60% wouldn't touch me, the other 40% wanted the most ridiculous amount that it barely warranted putting it on the road to work, with a 40% to 70% deductible if anything happened!! After the Humboldt nightmare no one wants to talk to you. Trucker friend of a trucker told me to get ahold of Krywolt Insurance in Calgary they can help. Phoned & got ahold of Dan Hannaford, got talking & unreal Dan talked to Darren that owns Krywolt Insurance & it turns out that his grandfather and dad owned Krywolt Insurance in the Crowsnest Pass in Coleman. I remember old Al Krywolt when I went to insure my first car a 1964 Ford Galaxy. Al knew we were starving young boys working in the underground coal mine in those day, first time insuring a vehicle, old Al would always cut us a deal to get us on the road, just used to tell us just don't crash eh. However dealing with Dan Hannaford at Krywolt Insurance in Calgary within a day & some paperwork emailed and my Peterbilt hi-way tractor was insured the same day & here's the best part of the whole deal, their rates were 60% to 70% lower than any of the closest competition, did that ever make my day. Dan & his people at Krywolt Insurance were the kindest, most knowledgeable, & helpful people I've dealt with, no such thing as NO, just give me an hour & I'll be back to you. Imagine hooking up with the same people my parents & I dealt with nearly 40 years ago. Thank you very much to Dan & the people at Krywolt Insurance in Calgary for being a super big help for me. After having dealt with two different insurance brokers, Krywolt was my number one pick as they are very responsive and professional. I have worked directly with many of their staff, however I would highly suggest Dan Hannaford if you are looking for someone who knows his stuff and will do his best to get you the client what you require.
